Big City Cigars Discount Codes – Verified Deals & Offers | October 2026

Good selection, decent service

I ordered an Andy Garcia 5 Pack and a Desktop Humidor last month. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It took about 6 days for everything to arrive in Florida, which was pretty standard. The humidor was well-packaged, no damage. The cigars themselves seemed fresh and were protected in a sampler bag. I had a question about seasoning the humidor, so I used their online chat. The response was quick, and the person was helpful. Quality seems good for both items. I'm satisfied with the purchase and the overall experience.

Mostly good, some small issues

I bought some Assorted Flavored Cigars and a V-Cutter from them. The flavors were interesting and the V-Cutter is sharp, works well. Shipping was free because my order was over 99 bucks, which was a nice bonus. It arrived in about a week. My only complaint is that one of the flavored cigars had a slightly damaged wrapper, nothing major but noticeable. Customer service was okay when I asked about it, they offered a small credit for a future order. So, good value and product selection, but they could improve on quality control for individual items sometimes.

Great price on a sampler

I was looking for some good deals and saw their sampler pack discounts. I got a Premium Hand-Rolled Cigars sampler, and the price per cigar was really good compared to other places I checked. It felt like a solid deal. Shipping wasn't super fast, took 8 days to get to me, but it was free so I can't complain too much. The cigars arrived well-packaged and seem fresh. For a first-time buyer like me, it was definitely worth the purchase. I'll probably check them out again for future buys when I'm looking for value.

Got some new cigars

I needed some new cigars so I ordered a box of Toro Cigars from Big City. It was easy to do on their site. They got here in about 5 days. The cigars were fresh and smelled good. No problems at all. Pretty happy with it.
